Jesus Freaks

I love this book. Written by dc Talk and bearing the same name as their hit song “Jesus Freak”, it holds stories of Christians who gave their life for Jesus; people who suffered; who were tortured, imprisoned, scalded, beaten, raped, burned, suffocated, drowned... (The list goes on and on) because of their faith in Jesus.

This book has encouraged and inspired me to keep on living for Jesus, to give my all for Him. It’s not heavy to read. The stories are short and followed up with Bible verses and quotes.

It has also played an important role in reminding me that though we may not be risking our lives every day because we know Jesus, many others are.

A must read.
