God Gave Me Friends

Back in April, when I was feeling all alone, God sent me someone I sort of knew about 50 years age. We got to know each other by Post Office and then email when I got my computer. On July 7, 2001, my testimony was posted. Although God was doing a great work in me to change me into the person He planned for me to be, I was still pretty negative though I denied that I was.

This new friend saw right through me and kept telling me what a great life I had. Then pointed me to God and Jesus. I didn't believe it. My life great? He wouldn't let me stay in the negative mode.

After awile I began to believe him. He was the most joyful person I ever met. His joy is contagious. I'm afraid I caught the disease!

I find my self smiling more, even laughing at silly things and singing all through the day. All pretty much "foreign" to me.

In July I met the other friend I mentioned in my first testimony. Between the two they keep me balanced. She and I act like a couple teenagers. She makes me feel young again. It's good to know some one cares. Because of these two friends I learned what God's agape love really is. They care in spite of my flaws.
